30-DAY RETURN WINDOW
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for a refund or exchange.
ELIGIBILITY
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN (RMA Required)
To start a return, contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return address.
Please do not send items back to any address listed on the shipping label. Unauthorized returns cannot be processed or refunded.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs for non-defective items. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
For international orders, customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returned items to our designated return address. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.
If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on our side, we will cover return shipping costs or provide an alternative solution at no cost to the customer.
REFUND PROCESSING
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
EXCHANGES

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return. Please contact us before initiating a return if you are unsure whether your item qualifies.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with clear photos of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
